A patient can book an appointment for registration, examination or preventive examination by phone, email or in person.
The appointment time is the time from which the patient waits for an examination by a doctor.
Patients who have booked an appointment are invited to the office, if possible at the time for which they were booked.
Healthcare professionals try to minimize the waiting time of patients.

While waiting, patients can use the waiting room equipment and the patient toilet.
It is prohibited to bother fellow patients with excessive noise or inappropriate behavior, to destroy or take away waiting room equipment.
If a patient cannot come to the booked appointment for any reason, she must apologize by phone, email or in person at least 24 hours before the scheduled examination so as not to block the time of other patients. For serious reasons of impossibility of apologizing in advance, we accept a written confirmation from a doctor or other supporting document within 7 days after the date of the visit - the decision to recognize other supporting documents within 7 days after the date of the visit is at the discretion of the staff (head doctor, head nurse). If the client does not provide an apology anyway, a contractual penalty of CZK 1,000 will be charged.

In case of acute problems, the patient first makes an appointment with a nurse by phone, email or in person.
Every day there is a space reserved for acute treatment, and healthcare workers will offer the nearest examination date based on the expected severity.
The order of patients is determined by the doctor
